Handcrafted from copper with an electro gold-plated finish, the set includes a wheel measuring 17.5 cm in height, 10.5 cm in length, and 9 cm in width (0.47 kg), accompanied by two deer measuring 11.5 cm by 12 cm by 6.5 cm (0.85 kg), for a total weight of 1.33 kg. Its intricate design and golden luster bring elegance and a profound spiritual presence to any altar, meditation room, or sacred space.

The Dharma Wheel, or Dharmachakra, is one of Buddhism's oldest and most revered symbols. It represents the Buddha’s teachings and the Noble Eightfold Path, visually mirroring a chariot wheel to signify motion, spiritual change, and the journey toward enlightenment. The wheel’s structure embodies three core facets of Buddhist practice: the Hub, symbolizing ethical discipline and centering the mind; the Spokes, representing wisdom to cut through ignorance; and the Rim, reflecting meditative concentration, which unites and propels the practice.

This Dharma Wheel set is not only a symbolic meditation tool but also an exquisite decorative artifact. The pair of deer flanking the wheel evoke harmony and peacefulness, completing a traditional Tibetan motif. Perfect for enhancing the energy of sacred spaces, it invites mindfulness, clarity, and a deeper connection with Buddhist teachings, making it a meaningful gift for spiritual practitioners or collectors of Himalayan art.

Introduction of Dharma Wheel

The Dharma Wheel is a spherical wheel that depicts the perfection of the dharma, the Buddha's teaching. It is constructed of copper and is gold-plated. The Wheel's rim reflects the meditative attention and awareness that keep practice together. Moral discipline is represented by the hub. The three spirals that are frequently observed on the hub are thought to represent the Three Treasures or the Three Jewels: Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. They also symbolize happiness.

The Deer represents harmony, happiness, peace, and longevity in Buddhism. When a male and female Deer are shown together, it is a clear connection to Buddha's initial teachings near Varanasi. Buddha was a golden deer who communicated to men in one of his previous lifetimes. According to that tradition, deer are naturally modest and peaceful animals, and their presence in a location indicates the purity of a brave kingdom.
