About Our Statue :

This expertly carved Amitabha Buddha statue stands 33.5 cm tall and 22.5 cm wide, and weighs 3.86 kg. The statue is made of copper and gold-plated, and it sits gently on a sculpted lotus base. The large dimensions make it an eye-catching centerpiece for altars, meditation rooms, or any holy area. Its strong structure provides a long-lasting spiritual presence in your house or temple.

Amitabha Buddha is represented in the meditation pose, his hands resting in the dhyana mudra, which means focus and a state of balance. The Buddha's compassion and endless light are highlighted by his tranquil look and expertly painted face. The figure reflects traditional Tibetan workmanship. The lotus base denotes purity and spiritual enlightenment, which enhances the statue's spiritual atmosphere.

Amitabha Buddha is honored as the Buddha of Infinite Light and Life, a guiding force in Pure Land Buddhism. This monument embodies hope, compassion, and the promise of enlightenment for all sentient beings. Having Amitabha in your meditation room promotes calm, profound contemplation, and a connection to limitless compassion. It is an inspirational emblem of spiritual awakening and the desire for emancipation.

Introduction To Amitabha Buddha :

In the Pure Land sects of Mahayana Buddhism, Amitabha is sometimes referred to as Amitayus, the great savior Buddha. Amitabha is worshipped as one of the five "self-born" Buddhas (Dhyani Buddhas) who have been forever; however, he was never as well-known as a savior figure in Tibet and Nepal as he was in East Asia. Amitabha bestows longevity, earning him the name Amitayus, or "Infinite Life." In China and Japan, the two names are frequently used interchangeably, but in Tibet, the two are never mixed up, and Amitayus is worshipped in a particular rite to achieve long life.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face.
• Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
