About our Tshongkhapa Set:
This Tsongkhapa Statue Set, representing the Founders of the Gelug School, is finely crafted from a copper body with 24K gold gilding, electro gold plating, and delicate acrylic color detailing. The set includes Tsongkhapa (32.5 cm height × 23 cm width, 4.49 kg), Je Khedrup (24.5 cm × 18.5 cm, 2.57 kg), and Je Gyaltsab (24.5 cm × 18.5 cm, 2.44 kg), with a combined weight of 9.5 kg. Expertly produced by skilled artisans, this harmonious trio is well-suited for altars, monasteries, study rooms, or refined Buddhist art collections.
In terms of iconography, Tsongkhapa is depicted performing the Dharma Chakra Mudra, signifying the turning of the Wheel of Dharma. Two lotus stems rise gracefully from either side: the right lotus supports the sword of wisdom, while the left lotus cradles the Prajñāpāramitā scripture, expressing the union of wisdom and insight. Je Gyaltsab and Je Khedrup are shown with the right hand in Vitarka Mudra, indicating teaching and discussion of the Dharma, while the left hand holds a scripture, symbolizing scholarly mastery and preservation of Buddhist teachings. All three figures are seated in Padmāsana upon lotus bases.
Spiritually, this set embodies the essence of the Gelug tradition, emphasizing discipline, ethical conduct, and profound wisdom. Tsongkhapa’s central presence highlights the synthesis of study and realization, while his two principal disciples reflect continuity, transmission, and devotion to the Dharma. Together, these statues serve as an inspiring focal point for meditation and study, representing clarity of thought, purity of practice, and the enduring legacy of the Gelug lineage.

How Do You Take Care of Your Statues?
- Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
- Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by the Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
- Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face.
- Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
Consecration Service Available
Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
Please note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
