About Our Statue :

This Shyama Tara (Green Tara) Statue is a wonderfully handcrafted Tibetan Buddhist symbol of compassion, protection, and swift action. The statue is 22cm tall, 13.5cm wide, and weighs 1.79kg. It is crafted of copper and hand-painted with brilliant acrylic colors that highlight every divine feature. Shyama Tara, also known as the "Mother of Liberation," is represented seated gracefully on a lotus base, her right hand extended in the gesture of giving (varada mudra), and her left hand in the gesture of protection (abhaya mudra), holding a lotus flower—a sign of purity and enlightenment.

This Tibetan Green Tara statue is a remarkable example of traditional artwork, with detailed features on her robe, crown, and decorations highlighted in vibrant tones of green, red, and gold. The beautiful blend of acrylic coloring on the copper body creates a brilliant, mystical aura. Every detail of the statue, from the lotus petals to Tara's tranquil facial expression, exudes peace, elegance, and divine compassion. It's ideal for altars, meditation places, or home décor, serving as both an artistic treasure and a source of spiritual inspiration.

Introduction To The Green Tara:

Green Tara is one of the principal deities who deals with confused and distracted beings, bringing us back to our original state. She helps you release hope for a particular outcome and regain your energy, generating inner peace and clarity. She is believed to be incarnate in every pious woman. Green is associated with the element of wood. Wood inspires rejuvenation, compassion, flexibility, and growth.

She is considered a protector who comes to our aid to relieve us of our physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a
glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching the face with the bare hand can
smudge the face, leaving scratches

• Handmade items may have slight variations

• Colors may differ slightly due to natural materials and lighting

Consecration Service Available

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.

Please Note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
