About Our Statue :
This Simhamukha Statue portrays the ferocious lion-headed goddess of Tibetan Buddhism, representing strength, protection, and the fierce force of compassion. This statue, which stands 15 cm tall and 10.5 cm wide, is finely constructed from copper with electro-gold plating and delicate acrylic details. Weighing 0.432 kg, it is an ideal ornamental object representing heavenly energy and spiritual protection.
Simhamukha's statue, with a wrathful expression on the lion's face, represents her fierce protective character. The cutting away of ego and the transmutation of negative emotions are symbolized by her dark blue figure standing in a dynamic posture with a skull cup (kapala) filled with blood in her left hand and a curved knife (kartika) in her right. A burning aureole, symbolizing the transforming fire of wisdom, surrounds her, adorned with a crown of skulls, bone decorations, and a garland of recently severed heads. Her tantric nature and ability to free beings from pain are further highlighted by the khatvanga staff, which rests against her shoulder and is adorned with skulls and banners.
Introduction To Simhamukha :
In Tibetan Buddhism, Simha Mukha, also known as the Lion-Headed Protector, is a guardian god renowned for its capacity to ward off evil and spiritual obstacles. The lion head is a symbol of courage, power, and the ferocious energy required to vanquish evil forces and impediments. It is also thought that Simha Mukha protects practitioners on their way to enlightenment, guaranteeing their spiritual health. The protection, empowerment, and spiritual strength accessible to individuals who seek direction and solace in the divine are all symbolized by this statue.
How do you take care of your statues?
Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
