About |Our Statue
Green Tara, Savior from Fear, stands 12.6 inches (32 cm) tall with a base width of 8.7 inches (22 cm) and weighs 3.31 kilograms. Crafted from a copper body, it is adorned with 24K gold gilding, intricate gold and acrylic paintings, and gemstones that enhance its divine elegance and sacred presence. This exquisite statue is a powerful representation of the Divine Feminine, ideal for meditation, devotion, and spiritual spaces.

Green Tara is shown seated on a lotus throne, representing purity and spiritual awakening. Her posture is known as lalitasana or the "posture of royal ease," with her right leg extended and her left leg folded. This signifies her readiness to spring into action to aid sentient beings while embodying meditative serenity. Her right hand is extended downward, holding the Stem of the lotus, which signifies wisdom and compassion, the ability to remain pure and wise while actively engaging with the world’s suffering. Her left hand is held at her heart in the three jewels mudra, symbolising the Three Jewels of Buddhism: the Buddha, the Dharma (teachings), and the Sangha (community). The stem of a blue utpala (night lotus) flower blooms beside her left and right ear, representing purity, wisdom, and compassion blooming even amidst suffering and challenges. Her face is youthful, beautiful, and serene, reflecting her loving-kindness and approachable nature. Green Tara is adorned with rich ornaments, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, anklets, and a five-pointed crown, representing her enlightened status and the treasures of the Dharma.

Green Tara is a highly revered female Buddha in Tibetan Buddhism, embodying the principles of swift compassion, protection, and enlightened activity. She is considered a savior who responds quickly to the needs and prayers of her devotees, helping them overcome obstacles, fears, and dangers on the path to spiritual realization. Green Tara, known as the "Mother of Liberation," is one of the most beloved deities in Tibetan Buddhism. Her mantra, "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha," is chanted for her blessings and swift, compassionate action.

Introduction To The Green Tara:

Green Tara is one of the principal deities who deals with confused and distracted beings, bringing us back to our original state. She helps you let go of hope for a particular outcome and regain your energy, generating inner peace and clarity. She is believed to be incarnate in every pious woman. Green is associated with the element of wood. Wood inspires rejuvenation, compassion, flexibility, and growth.

She is considered a protector who comes to our aid to relieve us of our physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering.

How do you take care of your statues?

•    Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
•    Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
•    Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by the Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
•    Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
