Measuring 31.5cm in height and 12.5cm in width, this iron-and-wood phurba weighs 0.84kg, ensuring a balanced feel for ritual use. This sacred dagger is traditionally used in Tibetan Buddhist practices to cut through spiritual obstacles and purify the surrounding space, making it an essential object for meditation, healing, and personal growth.

This Tibetan Phurba Dagger features an iron blade, symbolizing strength and the power to sever karmic ties. The wooden handle complements the blade with an organic touch. The phurba is adorned with intricate carvings depicting Tibetan Buddhist symbols of protection and spiritual transformation. Its design invokes a sense of peace and spiritual clarity, inviting a deeper connection with the practitioner’s inner self and with the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.

The Handcrafted Traditional Tibetan Phurba Dagger is more than just a ritual tool—it's a representation of inner purification and spiritual power. The triple-edged blade symbolizes cutting through mental and physical barriers, aiding practitioners on their journey toward enlightenment. This ritual tool can be displayed in sacred spaces or used in meditative practices, helping to remove negative energies while encouraging spiritual clarity and personal transformation.

Introduction To The Phurba :

The ceremonial dagger (Sanskrit: Kila; Tibetan: phurba) is essential for expelling evil and is considered particularly effective in neutralizing the forces obstructing Tantric Buddhist practice. It has ancient origins, first appearing in the Indian Rig Veda as the core blade of the vajra used by Indra to destroy the primordial cosmic snake Vritra. Kila, derived from Sanskrit, was most likely associated with Vedic sacrifices. Meditation on the Vajrakila Tantra, an early Indian scripture first promoted in Tibet in the eighth century by Padmasambhava, one of the founding teachers of Tibetan Buddhism, is used to invoke the three-headed Vajrakila Buddha.
