About Our Product

This Handcrafted Bronze Buddhist Ardhanarishvara Statue measures 29 cm in height and 12 cm in width, with a weight of 2.01 kg. Made of bronze, the statue has a stable and balanced structure, making it suitable for placement on a home altar, meditation space, or as a decorative spiritual centerpiece. Its compact yet prominent size allows it to be a focal point in both personal and sacred spaces.

Ardhanarishvara represents the combined form of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, symbolizing the union of masculine and feminine energies. The sculpture is divided vertically, with one half depicting Shiva and the other Parvati. Traditional iconographic details such as contrasting attire, ornaments, and posture highlight the dual yet unified nature of the form. This representation reflects harmony, balance, and the interdependence of creation.

This statue can be used for daily worship, meditation focus, or spiritual decor, serving as a reminder of inner balance and unity. It is suitable for devotees of Shiva and Shakti, collectors of Hindu religious art, or individuals drawn to symbolic representations of duality and harmony. The piece may also serve as a meaningful gift for religious ceremonies, house blessings, weddings, or cultural celebrations where unity and balance are honored.

Introduction of Ardhanarishvara

Ardhanarishvara is a sacred Hindu form that represents the union of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, symbolizing the balance of masculine and feminine energies in the universe. Depicted as half male and half female, this form conveys the idea that creation and existence arise from the harmonious integration of opposites. Ardhanarishvara reflects unity, equality, and interdependence, teaching that strength and compassion, action and wisdom, coexist within all beings, and spiritual balance is essential for harmony in life. Worshipping Ardhanarishvara encourages devotees to cultivate inner balance and embrace the union of opposites, leading to spiritual growth and enlightenment.

How Do You Take Care of Your Statues?
  • Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
  • Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
  • Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by the Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
  • Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face.
  • Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
Consecration Service Available

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.

Please note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
