Goddess White Tara Art | Amitabha Buddha, Amitayus and Namgyalma Thangka

Goddess White Tara Art is a revered hand-painted thangka made in the Kathmandu Valley by talented artists. It is painted using traditional Himalayan methods on a handmade cotton canvas. The artists use genuine 24K gold and acrylic colors in the artwork to enhance it, adding brightness, depth, and spiritual beauty. Her jewels, halo, lotus seat, and divine presence: Gold embellishments brilliantly highlight them. Gold embellishments. The painting has a classic basis for intricate brushwork and a well-balanced arrangement due to the handmade cotton canvas. Acrylic colors produce clear tones, delicate shading, and vivid floral details. The deity's throne and accessories are enhanced with sacred light by genuine 24K gold.

Tibetan Buddhism admires White Tara, also known as Sita Tara, as a symbol of compassion, wisdom, and longevity. Traditionally shown seated on a lotus, she demonstrates the purity and tranquillity achieved through compassion. White Tara is often associated with providing healing, protection, and granting long life. At the same time, her multiple-eye depictions on her palms, feet, and forehead represent her vigilance and ability to see all beings suffering so she can assist them in attaining liberation from that suffering. When invoked for practitioners’ longevity and well-being, she is thought to provide both spiritual and physical healing through her mantras. Amitabha Buddha, who stands for boundless compassion, endless light, and the unadulterated wisdom of the western Pure Land, is portrayed above White Tara. Amitayus and Namgyalma are shown as strong longevity deities below White Tara. While Namgyalma stands for purification, protection, and triumph over premature death, Amitayus, the Buddha of Infinite Life, is a symbol of vitality, merit, and long-life blessings. Amitabha Buddha, White Tara, Amitayus, and Namgyalma combine to form a sacred combination of long-life energy, healing, compassion, and protection.
