This Golden Buddhist Stupa is a gorgeous depiction of the Buddha's teachings, as well as a valuable instrument for rituals and meditation. This stupa stands 33cm tall, 17cm wide, and weighs 1.90kg. It is meticulously constructed with a copper body and plated with gold. Its vivid golden finish transforms it into an exquisite and spiritual piece, ideal for use in Buddhist rituals or as a decorative addition to your altar, meditation space, or shrine.
The stupa's design is full of symbolic meaning. The multi-tiered foundation signifies the stages of spiritual development, while the golden spire represents the pinnacle of enlightenment and spiritual purity. The beautiful carvings around the stupa, with turquoise and coral accents, represent protection, compassion, and the interconnectedness of all beings. The intricate details and vibrant colors reflect the excellence of Tibetan craftsmanship, offering a timeless piece of sacred art.
This Tibetan gold-plated stupa is not only a beautiful decorative item but also a powerful symbol of spiritual offerings and meditation practices. Stupas in Buddhism are believed to hold the power to purify negative energies, bring blessings, and invite enlightenment. Perfect for spiritual ceremonies, altar offerings, or as an inspirational piece in any sacred space, this stupa brings both beauty and profound meaning to its surroundings.
Introduction To Stupa :
Before Buddhism, great teachers were buried in mounds. Some were cremated, but sometimes they were buried in a seated, meditative position. The mound of earth covered them up. Thus, the domed shape of the stupa came to represent a person seated in meditation, much as the Buddha was when he achieved Enlightenment and knowledge of the Four Noble Truths. The base of the stupa represents his crossed legs as he sat in a meditative pose. The middle portion is the Buddha’s body, and the top of the mound, where a pole rises from the apex surrounded by a small fence, represents his head. Before images of the human Buddha were created, reliefs often depicted practitioners demonstrating devotion to a stupa.
