The Vajravarahi Deity represents knowledge, change, and the annihilation of ignorance. She is portrayed in a lively dancing position, signifying her control over illusions from the outside world. The halo of Vajravarahi symbolizes the divine radiance and enlightened state. It represents his spiritual energy and boundless compassion. She holds a curved knife (Kartika) in her right hand, which cuts through ignorance to reveal the ultimate truth by severing attachments, ego, and misconceptions. She holds a skull cup (kapala) in her left hand, which is filled with wisdom nectar and symbolizes the transformation of desire and the ingestion of negativity. Vajravarahi represents the ferocious yet caring energy required for spiritual liberation.

Introduction to Vajravarahi:

Vajravarahi, also known as Dorje Phagmo in Tibetan, is a significant deity in Tibetan Buddhism, symbolizing the triumph of knowledge over ignorance. Often depicted with a sow's head above her own, indicating her triumph over ignorance, Vajravarahi is revered as a fierce but compassionate figure. Her teachings are centered around transforming worldly desires into spiritual awakening, making her an emblem of liberation in the Tantric traditions.

How do you take care of your statues?

•    Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
•    Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
•    Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
•    Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
