About Our Statue
The Enlightened Manjushri statue is a magnificent image of Buddhist wisdom and clarity. The statue, made of copper and plated in gold, stands 22.5 cm tall and features fine workmanship that adds to its magnificent, calm appeal. Manjushri, also known as the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, is represented with a sword in his right hand, symbolizing the removal of ignorance and the clarity of enlightened wisdom. The sword's sharpness contrasts with Manjushri's tranquil pose, which represents a harmonic balance of wisdom and compassion.
The statue's design is further enriched with artificial coral and turquoise stones, representing spiritual protection and balance. These vibrant stones accentuate the crown, necklace, and other detailed areas of the statue, adding a lively, colorful dimension to this already mesmerizing piece. The gold-plated finish gives the sculpture a radiant glow, enhancing its sacred aura. Sitting gracefully on a lotus throne, this Manjushri represents the highest form of wisdom, embodying the essence of Buddhist teachings.
This Enlightened Manjushri statue serves as an ideal addition to any altar or meditation space, bringing not only beauty but also the blessings of wisdom and enlightenment. Whether placed in a living room, study, or meditation corner, it encourages mindfulness and deepens one’s understanding of the Buddhist path. Introduction To Manjushri :
Manjushri means "very auspicious" in Sanskrit. He is one of the compassion bodhisattvas and is more famous among Tibetan Buddhists. As the Buddha Resplendent, he resembles a brilliant sun. Manjushri is a Tibetan name that means "good companion." He also represents the Kadampa Buddhist tradition, which its scholars recognize.
How do you take care of your statues?
Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
Ensure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe your face. Directly touching objects with your bare hands can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
