Vajravarahi is The Powerful Divine Red Lady. She is also known as Vajrayogini. Vajravarahi is the most important tantric deity in Vajrayana practice.

Vajravarahi is placed at the center of the thangka. She is fully colored red-blooded. She wears a necklace of skulls representing purification of speech. Her left hand holds a skull cup and flays the knife in another hand.
