About our statue:
The Tibetan Buddhist Vajrakilaya with Consort Sculpture is a powerful representation of divine protection and spiritual change. Standing 12cm tall and 9cm wide, this beautifully crafted copper and gold-plated statue captures the profound spiritual essence of Vajrakilaya, a revered protector deity in Tibetan Buddhism. The companion accompanying the deity provides a further layer of symbolism, reflecting the confluence of wisdom and compassion. The burning aura that surrounds them represents the cleansing of negative energies, paving the way for enlightenment and internal harmony.
This magnificent Vajrakilaya sculpture is ideal for anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual practice or enhance their altar's decor. Its meticulous craftsmanship includes elaborate motifs and vivid gold-plated accents that add visual appeal. The copper body provides a warm, grounding impression, while the finely painted expressions on Vajrakilaya and her consort emphasize their energetic and protective character. The sculpture is not just a decorative object, but also a potent tool for meditation and spiritual ceremonies, bringing the protective energy of Vajrakilaya into your house or temple.
Introduction to Vajrakilaya
Vajrakilaya (Dorje Phurpa), also known as Vajrakumara (Dorje Zhonu, Youthful Vajra), is the wrathful Heruka deity that embodies the enlightened activity of all the Buddhas. Vajrakilaya is one of the eight Heruka deities of the Nyingma tantras. Vajrakilaya is also the personal meditational deity of Guru Padmasambhava. He practiced meditation on Vajrakilaya when numerous obstacles arose before his attainment of enlightenment.
