About Our Product

This Sacred Dipankara Buddha Statue is a finely crafted representation of Dipankara Buddha, the ancient Buddha revered as the harbinger of light, wisdom, and the path toward enlightenment. Measuring 12.5 cm in height and 5 cm in width with a weight of approximately 0.25 kg, this compact yet spiritually powerful sculpture is ideal for personal altars, meditation desks, travel shrines, and serene interior corners. Cast in an oxidized copper body, the statue features an antique patina that enhances its sacred presence while emphasizing the refined contours and traditional detailing of Buddhist devotional art.

The sculpture portrays Dipankara Buddha standing gracefully in a calm and dignified posture that reflects spiritual assurance and divine guidance. His serene facial expression conveys compassion and inner peace, while the flowing robe drapes elegantly around the figure, creating a sense of movement and sacred simplicity. The raised hand gesture symbolizes blessing and reassurance, while the opposing hand forms a ritual mudra representing protection and guidance along the spiritual path. Finely rendered hair curls, elongated earlobes symbolizing wisdom, and a lotus-style pedestal base further enrich the sacred iconography rooted in classical Buddhist artistic traditions.

Dipankara Buddha symbolizes illumination, foresight, and the promise of future enlightenment, making this sculpture a meaningful devotional object and spiritual décor accent. Ideal for Buddhist practitioners, sacred art collectors, and mindfulness enthusiasts, it brings peaceful energy and symbolic depth to meditation rooms and altar displays. This Sacred Dipankara Buddha Statue is also searched as Dipankara Buddha figurine, oxidized copper Buddha statue, small Buddhist sculpture, Tibetan Buddhist altar statue, meditation desk Buddha, antique copper Buddhist art, Himalayan spiritual figurine, and handcrafted devotional décor, helping buyers discover authentic Buddhist statues, copper Buddha figurines, sacred meditation décor, Himalayan Buddhist art, and spiritual altar sculptures.

Introduction of Dipankara Buddha

Dipankara is a historical Buddha believed to have lived on Earth for a hundred thousand years. The theoretical number of Buddhas is vast, often referred to as "Thousand Buddhas," each presiding over a life cycle. According to certain Buddhist sources, Dipankara (also known as Dipamkara) attained enlightenment eons before Gautama Buddha. While typically depicted as a seated Buddha, standing representations are common in China, Thailand, and Nepal. He usually forms a protective mudra (Abhaya mudra) with his right hand, though sometimes with both.

How Do You Take Care of Your Statues?
  • Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
  • Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
  • Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by the Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
  • Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face.
  • Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
Consecration Service Available

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.

Please note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
