About Our Statue :

Crafted from copper, this finely sculpted statue of Guru Rinpoche, also known as a Buddhist tantric deity, stands 24.5cm tall and 15.5cm wide. Weighing 1.32kg, it is a significant spiritual art piece to add to your home altar, meditation space, or yoga studio. The elaborate patterns on his regal hat and the semi-wrathful expression on his face make this sculpture a focal point for spiritual inspiration and devotion.

Guru Rinpoche, revered as the "Second Buddha," is well-known in Tibetan Buddhism for introducing Vajrayana teachings to Tibet. This statue represents him holding a vajra in one hand and a skull cup in the other, with a khatvanga resting on his shoulder, symbolizing mastery of the tantric path. The lotus base adds to the piece's heavenly aura, establishing it as a treasured symbol of knowledge, protection, and transformation.

Introduction To Guru Rinpoche :

Guru Rinpoche was an instrumental figure in Tibetan Buddhism. In Tibetan Buddhism, Padmasambhava's teachings are said to have an oral lineage (kama) and a lineage of the hidden treasure texts (termas). He is said to appear in visionary encounters to tertöns, and his form is visualized during guru yoga practice, particularly in the Nyingma school. He is revered by Buddhists in Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, India's Himalayan states, and other countries around the world.

How do take care of your statues?

•    Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
•    Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is utterly free of moisture and dust.
•    Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
•    Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
