About Our Statue:
This Statue of Amoghasiddhi Buddha is crafted from a copper body with elegant gold plating, measuring 12.5cm in height and 8.5cm in width, and weighing 0.33kg. Small yet visually striking, it embodies the peaceful strength associated with Amoghasiddhi, the Buddha of Accomplished Action. This piece is ideal for enhancing meditation rooms, altar arrangements, or meaningful display spaces that celebrate Buddhist symbolism and Himalayan craftsmanship.
The Buddha is depicted seated in a poised meditative posture, with the right hand raised in the abhaya mudra—an ancient gesture symbolizing fearlessness, courage, and protection. The calm expression, finely detailed robes, and smooth contours reflect careful artisan workmanship. The decorative halo behind the Buddha is enriched with floral and flame motifs that represent clarity, transformation, and spiritual radiance. The gold-plated finish adds warmth and a gentle glow to the sculpture.
Amoghasiddhi is honored for guiding practitioners beyond doubt and fear, encouraging confidence and enlightened action. Displaying this handcrafted statue invites serenity and positive energy into its surroundings. Whether as a devotional piece, a statement of spiritual identity, or a culturally meaningful accent, this sculpture adds depth and intention to any space.
Introduction to Amoghasiddhi Buddha
One of the Five Dhyani Buddhas in Tibetan Buddhism, Amoghasiddhi, is associated with the north and is revered as the embodiment of wisdom in all-pervasive activity. He is frequently shown making the Bhumisparsha mudra, which represents the defeat of Mara, the demon god of ignorance and evil. Amoghasiddhi is commonly depicted in Buddhist art with several arms, each bearing a distinctive symbol, such as a sword, a vajra, or a vase, signifying his capacity to vanquish ignorance and evil, as well as his ability to bestow blessings and promote spiritual development among his followers.
How Do You Take Care of Your Statues?
- Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
- Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by the Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
- Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face.
- Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
Consecration Service Available
Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
Please note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.
