About Our Product

The Six Armed Mahakala Kapala With Stand is a sacred Tibetan vessel, intricately crafted to enhance your spiritual practice, rituals, and meditative focus. This skull cup represents Mahakala, the fierce protector deity revered for his ability to remove obstacles, purify negative energies, and protect those who call upon him. The Mahakala Kapala is traditionally used in Buddhist rituals and is seen as a powerful tool to invite divine protection and spiritual cleansing.

Measuring 7.5 cm in height, 13 cm in length, and 17 cm in width, and weighing 0.33 kg, this ritual kapala is made from resin and whitemetal. The carved stand adds to the visual power and spiritual significance of this sacred object. The skull motifs along the rim of the Kapala represent the transformation of death and the continuous cycle of life and rebirth, reinforcing its symbolic connection to wisdom and spiritual awakening.

This Mahakala Kapala is perfect for those seeking a meaningful tool for meditation, spiritual purification, and ritualistic practices. Whether placed on your Buddhist altar, used in ceremonial offerings, or as part of your meditation decor, this vessel brings spiritual protection, empowerment, and divine blessings into your life. It also makes a thoughtful spiritual gift for anyone on a Buddhist path or seeking deeper spiritual growth.

Introduction To The Kapala Set :

The skull cup, known as Kapala in Sanskrit, is fashioned from the oval upper section of a human cranium. It serves as a libation vessel for a vast number of Vajrayana deities, mostly wrathful. As a ritual implement, the selection of the right skull is of immense importance for the success of the ritual. In Tibetan Buddhism, the Kapala or Skull Bowl is used ritually in several ways. For example, the Lama may use it as an offering bowl on the altar, filled with wine or blood as a gift to the Yidam Deity or all the Deities in the Mandala. Through the force of the practice of tantric visualizations based in the deep philosophical study and meditation, a sort of transubstantiation will occur, and the wine or blood will be transformed into the Wisdom Nectar, a liquid form of the Enlightened Mind of the Deity or all of the Deities in the Celestial Palace of the Mandala.
