About Our Statue :

This Seated on Lotus Disc Shakyamuni Buddha Statue is a breathtaking depiction of spiritual grace and inner calm, expertly carved from oxidized copper by talented Himalayan artisans. Shakyamuni, the historical Buddha, is represented in intense thought while seated in the classic Dhyana Mudra, a gesture of meditation and perfect equilibrium. He lies peacefully on an exquisitely detailed lotus moon disc, which in traditional Buddhist art represents purity, spiritual awakening, and the transcendence of earthly sorrow. Every detail from the Buddha's peaceful demeanor to the delicate folds of his robe shows a great respect for Tibetan Buddhist iconography and sacred craftsmanship.

This large yet delicately proportioned statue, which stands roughly 44.5cm tall and 34cm wide, makes an excellent focal point for any Tibetan altar, Buddhist shrine, meditation corner, or spiritual home décor arrangement. The old finish gives it an aged, classic aspect that enhances the spiritual milieu of the room. Whether displayed in a yoga studio, used in daily mindfulness practice, or given as a sign of enlightenment and tranquility, this sacred artwork stimulates inner peace, introspection, and dedication. It is a work of art and a valuable spiritual companion for people seeking wisdom, compassion, and self-realization.

Introduction to Shakyamuni Buddha :

Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king by the wishes of his royal father and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29 years old, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune in order to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is completely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. • Directly touching with the bare hand objects can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
