About Our Statue :
The Handmade Tibetan Statue of Shakyamuni Buddha is a stunning symbol of enlightenment and compassion, meticulously handmade by talented Himalayan artisans. This statue, crafted from copper, depicts the tranquil presence of Shakyamuni Buddha, the historical founder of Buddhism. This sculpture, shown in the earth-touching mudra (Bhumisparsha), which represents the moment of enlightenment, exudes peace, wisdom, and spiritual awakening, making it a sacred addition to your altar, meditation room, or spiritual area.
Every detail on this copper Buddha statue demonstrates professional craftsmanship and profound symbolism. The Buddha is seated in the vajra (lotus) pose on a double-lotus pedestal adorned with flower designs indicating purity and spiritual progress. His calm visage, lengthened earlobes, and kind expression represent compassion and mindfulness, while the beautifully carved robe exemplifies traditional Tibetan creativity. The smooth copper surface heightens the piece's religious atmosphere, creating a warm, timeless presence that invites attention and devotion.
The Tibetan Shakyamuni Buddha Statue is a visible reminder of inner serenity, truth, and the path to enlightenment. It is ideal for daily meditation or as a Buddhist home decor piece, since it brings peaceful energy and spiritual grounding into any environment. Whether given to a spiritual practitioner or kept for personal devotion, this statue is a powerful depiction of the Buddha's teachings of compassion and harmony.
Introduction to Shakyamuni Buddha :
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king by the wishes of his royal father and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29 years old, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside of Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. • Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
