Traditionally Hand Painted Prajnaparamita Thangka
The Enlightenment artist has painted this Prajnaparamita thangka in traditional karma gadri style which is genuinely hand painted in 24k gold. She is depicted with four arms and seated atop a moon disc lotus seat in a calm and serene expression. In the upper right hand she holds a vajra, and in the opposite hand she holds the Sutra of the Perfection of Wisdom. Similarly, the other two hands rest in dhyani mudra, in the gesture of meditation. The vibrant halo is illuminating her face, the colorful flowing robs, the jewels and ornaments and the exquisite scenario and ambiance is adding a positive vibes to this thangka.

In Mahayana Buddhism, Prajnapramita means "the Perfection of (Transcendent) Wisdom." Prajnaparamita is a term that refers to both a perfected manner of viewing the essence of reality and a body of Mahayana scriptures (sutras) that explain this wisdom. It also alludes to the female divinity, often known as the "Great Mother," who is an embodiment of wisdom (Tib: Yum Chenmo).

We are a team of traditionally trained Karma Gadri artists from Boudha Stupa. Our lineage comes from Venerable Master Jamyang Phunshok. Who is from Kham, Eastern Tibet.
We are focused on bringing accurate iconographic thangka, which will be helpful to your practice.

CONSECRATION OF THANGKA
As requested for consecrations/blessings, we can take thangka to Monasteries/Rinpoches from nearby Boudha Stupa. We kindly ask you to offer $20 for the monasteries for blessings/consecration service.

Consecration of Thangka Print
