About Our Ritual Item :
This magnificent handcrafted Tibetan stupa, which weighs 3.44 kg and is 52cm tall and 22cm wide, is made of copper and plated in electro-gold and electro-silver. It exudes religious beauty. Its elaborate pattern is accented with meticulously inlaid artificial stones such as turquoise, lapis lazuli, and coral, adding dynamic spiritual energy and artistic elegance to your altar or sacred area.
Stupas signify the Buddha's enlightened intellect and are valued as strong spiritual structures. This stupa's meticulous craftsmanship and symbolic design depict the path to enlightenment. The tiered spire represents the phases of spiritual realization, and the finely formed base provides a grounded presence ideal for ceremonial and meditation places.
Each gemstone inlay has its unique meaning: turquoise provides healing and protection, coral encourages peace and harmony, and lapis lazuli improves wisdom and inner truth. Whether displayed in a home shrine, yoga studio, or spiritual collection, this stupa is a striking representation of Tibetan artistry and Buddhist symbolism.
Introduction To Stupa :
Before Buddhism, great teachers were buried in mounds. Some were cremated, but sometimes they were buried in a seated, meditative position. The mound of earth covered them up. Thus, the domed shape of the stupa came to represent a person seated in meditation much as the Buddha was when he achieved Enlightenment and knowledge of the Four Noble Truths. The base of the stupa represents his crossed legs as he sat in a meditative pose. The middle portion is the Buddha’s body and the top of the mound, where a pole rises from the apex surrounded by a small fence, represents his head. Before images of the human Buddha were created, reliefs often depicted practitioners demonstrating devotion to a stupa.
