About Our Statue

Handcrafted in Nepal, this exquisite statue of Manjushri with 24K gold gilding exudes the bold wisdom and clarity that the Bodhisattva represents. The statue is made of copper, gilded in 24K gold, and carefully hand-painted using traditional gold and acrylic processes. It weighs 1.48 kg and is 8.9 inches tall. Symbolizing removing through ignorance and showing the way of truth, Manjushri's right hand is carrying the fiery sword of ultimate wisdom, while his left holds a lotus that holds a sacred swipe.

This sculpture enhances your spiritual practice with depth and strength, making it ideal for study areas, meditation altars, or shrines devoted to mental clarity. Being a perfect example of prajñā (knowledge), Manjushri encourages sharp awareness, powerful eloquence, and profound knowledge. His youth serves as a reminder that mental and emotional clarity, not age, is the true source of enlightenment.

Manjushri, known as the Wisdom Bodhisattva.Heisthepersonificationofwisdomas
theroutetoenlightenment. In Mahayana Buddhism, Manjushri is related to prajna.
Manjushri is regarded as a fully enlightened Buddha in Northern Buddhism's Tantric literature, with many manifestations and appearances covering all four divisions of Tantra, simple and complex in form. Manjushri is depicted in the Eleven Figurative Forms as Peaceful, Semi-peaceful, Wrathful, and Animal Featured.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
