About Our Statue :
This sculpture of the Four-Armed Chenrezig is a beautiful depiction of the Bodhisattva of Compassion, Avalokiteshvara. This sculpture, which is 13 cm tall and made of oxidized copper, is silver-plated to bring out the fine details and exude a sense of heavenly kindness. Chenrezig's four arms represent the Bodhisattva's capacity to extend unending love, compassion, and protection to all living things. The symbolic items in each arm stand for compassion, wisdom, and the commitment to assist all sentient beings in achieving enlightenment.
The figure's holy vitality is enhanced by its exquisitely oxidized copper body and silver-plated finish, and its elaborate pattern work showcases the distinctive cultural artistry of Tibetan handicraft. The serene, placid look of Chenrezig represents his function as a kind protector and mentor for individuals pursuing spiritual emancipation. This sculpture is not only a spiritual item but also a stunning collectible due to the intricate facial features, flowing robes, and exquisite crown, all of which demonstrate the high level of competence in Tibetan art.
Introduction To The Chenrezig :
Chenrezig epitomizes the bodhisattva's determination to delay attaining Buddhahood until he has assisted every sentient being on Earth in achieving freedom from pain and the cycle of death and rebirth. His name has been translated as "the lord who observes in all directions." The practice of Chenrezig encouraged them to develop a calm and compassionate heart. Compassion is the root foundation for excelling in the Buddhist path. He listens to the prayers of all sentient beings in times of challenge and difficulty.
How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by the Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
