The Compact Thangka of Amitayus Buddha | Tibetan Art for Healing and Longevity
Our beautiful hand-painted compact thangka of Amitayus Buddha is made from high-quality cotton canvas and showcases authentic, natural stone pigments enhanced with 24K gold. The natural stone colors are created from finely ground minerals sourced from Tibet, renowned for their vibrant and enduring hues that lend depth and life to the artwork. The 24K gold highlights sacred elements, such as the five-jewel crown, halo, and nectar vessel, creating a radiant spiritual glow. Painted in the traditional Karma Gadri style, this piece strikes a balance between detailed iconography and elegant composition, making it a beautiful and sacred addition to any meditation space or altar.
Amitayus Buddha, also known as the Buddha of Infinite Life, embodies longevity, health, and wisdom. Here, he's depicted sitting on a lotus seat, holding a vessel filled with the nectar of immortality, symbolizing endless life and blessings. The swirling scarf and moon disc highlight his divine nature. This small thangka makes a powerful meditation tool, fostering peace and longevity while honoring the spiritual traditions of Tibetan Buddhism in a beautifully crafted piece.
