The Sacred Statue of Buddha Shakyamuni is a beautifully handcrafted representation of the historical Buddha, crafted from copper and adorned with intricate detailing that embodies spiritual harmony and devotion. This exquisite sculpture depicts Shakyamuni seated in the Bhumisparsha Mudra, symbolizing the moment of enlightenment under the Bodhi tree. The serene expression, graceful posture, and flowing robe reflect the perfect balance of inner peace and mindfulness that defines Buddhist philosophy.
Every contour of this handcrafted copper Buddha statue reflects traditional Himalayan artistry, preserving centuries of sacred craftsmanship. The rounded lotus base signifies purity rising from worldly suffering, while the detailed robe and facial features exude calm and compassion. Ideal for altars, meditation spaces, or spiritual home decor, this Sacred Statue of Buddha Shakyamuni invites peace, wisdom, and enlightenment into any space — a timeless emblem of mindfulness and serenity in Tibetan Buddhist art.
Introduction to Shakyamuni Buddha :
Siddhartha Gautama was raised as a king at his father's wishes and was born the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom. When he was about 29, he learned of people's immense suffering. He renounced his palatial lifestyle, lavish clothing, and fortune to discover the source of the anguish and find a cure. After over six years of study, self-denial, and tremendous concentration, he finally achieved his objective. He had attained nirvana (a Buddha). He then asserted that he had visited a deer park outside of Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
How do you take care of your statues?
• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. • Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches
