Vintage Buddha Life Story Original Hand-Painted Thangka
We have had this Thangka in our collection for over 30 years now. This thangka was stored away for several years. We just very recently decided to showcase our vintage thangka collection on platforms such as Etsy. We were thrilled to discover the quality and depth of these beautiful thangkas when we unveiled them and decided to showcase them online for everyone. In early 2000 we changed our company name from J.B.Art Center to Ritual Thanka and focused primarily on collecting and selling thangka paintings. Due to Covid 19, we have had to change our business strategy and focus more on online platforms. We hope the aesthetics of these vintage Thangka Paintings brings a deep sense of happiness to your hearts.
Sakyamuni Buddha Biography Depiction| Well Preserved Fine Quality Tibetan Thangka Painting:
A rare Vintage Thangka procured in the 1980s, perfectly maintained and kept for all these years is available for you.
Shakyamuni Buddha is depicted in this thangka together with the two main disciples as it appears in the most classical representations.
Buddha is seated in a vajra posture on a white moon disc and lotus.
Shakyamuni Buddha was an educator upon whose lessons the establishments for Wholesome Dharma were shaped. He is respected as the Supreme Buddha and is the primary edified person to be idolized walking on Two Legs.
In spite of confusion from those who don't take after Buddhism, it is critical to note that the Buddha was not considered to be a God. He was a simple human, just like the rest of us, who was able to create an uncommon discernment around his presence.
