About Our Ritual Vajra :
This Tibetan Vajra Dorje Ritual Tool is a handmade tool used in Buddhist and Tibetan religious ceremonies. This sacred ceremonial object measures 19.5 cm in height, 49 cm in width at the base, and weighs 1.080 kg. It is masterfully crafted from brass repousse, featuring intricate hand-painted acrylic color details. The Vajra (Dorje), which symbolizes indestructibility and compassion, is a venerated object in Vajrayana Buddhism, utilized in meditation, ceremonies, and tantric rites.
In Tibetan Buddhism, the Vajra symbolizes the indestructibility of truth and enlightenment. The Vajra is carved beautifully, highlighting the Makara heads with acrylic paints. The makara designs and intricate patterns symbolize spiritual protection and transformation. This Buddhist Vajra tool, traditionally used on altars, shrines, and ceremonies, is a powerful meditation aid and a unique addition to any spiritual space or collector's display.
Introduction to Vajra :
An instrument symbolizing vajra is also extensively used in tantra rituals. It consists of a spherical central section, with two symmetrical sets of five prongs, which arc out from lotus blooms on either side of the sphere and come to a point at two points equidistant from the center, thus giving it the appearance of a "diamond scepter," which is how the term is sometimes translated.
How to set up your own Buddhist Shrine?
-Find a clean, quiet, and uncluttered spot.
-Set up an altar table, and cover it with an altar cloth that calls to you.
-Place your sacred item (statue, thangka, or a picture of Buddha) at the center.
