Hevajra with consort is standing atop a sun disc lotus seat in this Thangka Print. He embraces his consort, Nairatmya Devi, with two of his front hands crossed. He wears a five-skull crown. Vajradhara is straight above Hevajra, whereas Sachen Kunga Nyingpo and Ngorchen Kunga Zangpo are at the top right and left corners, respectively. On his right side is Vajrayogini, and on his left side is Kurukulla. Butadamara is on the right side of the lotus, and Ekajati is on the left. Brahmanrupa, Sakya Mahakala, and Mahakali Palden Lhamo (right to the left) are beneath Hevajra and consort.
