Tibetan Buddhist Offering Bowls Set, Made from Copper Alloy
About Our Ritual Item:
This Offering Bowl is an entirely hand-carved item; made of copper alloy which has fine hand carvings of Buddhist symbols of prosperity and is submitted to a gold plating effect with a raised stand. Otherwise called Yonhap in Tibetan, this water offering is made in a set of seven bowls. Practitioners follow this custom of seven bowl contributions early mornings and eliminate them toward the finish of every prior day at nightfall.
Introduction To Offering Bowl :
You don't have to necessarily make an offer in a specific number of bowls but offer as many bowls of water as you can. First, make sure the offering surface and the offering bowls are clean. Then, stack the offering bowls and pour just a little water into the top bowl. Fill all the offering bowls with water, one by one, and organize them in a line. When aligning them, you should start from the right and fill them in the same order. The gap between the edges of offering bowls should be the size of a single grain of rice.
When offering the bowls, proceed from the right-hand side. When collecting them, they should be gathered up from the left. If possible, you should use separate containers for offering the water and for collecting it.
