The elaborate designs of her robes and the lotus base she stands upon are highlighted by delicate carvings.

The statue's overall aesthetic appeal is enhanced, and the use of vivid acrylics and silver plating accentuates the fine details. The realistic portrayal of Mandarava's calm and empathetic nature demonstrates excellent craftsmanship. This statue is a great addition to homes, meditation areas, or altars for people who want to enliven their surroundings with a representation of wisdom and spiritual dedication.

One of the principal consorts of Guru Rinpoche, Mandarava, is highly revered in Tibetan Buddhism for her spiritual accomplishments, profound knowledge, and unwavering devotion. She relinquished her status as a princess of Indian descent to attain a profound state of spiritual awareness. She is often depicted as a calm, regal woman who embodies compassion and enlightened understanding. The teachings of Mandarava place a strong emphasis on dedication and fortitude, encouraging followers—particularly women—to persevere on their spiritual journey. Due to her significant contributions to the expansion of Vajrayana Buddhism, she is highly revered in the Nyingma tradition, both culturally and spiritually.

Introduction to Mandarava:
Mandarava is a revered female figure in Tibetan Buddhism, known as one of the principal consorts and disciples of Padmasambhava, the tantric master credited with bringing Buddhism to Tibet. Born a princess in the ancient kingdom of Zahor, she renounced royal life in pursuit of spiritual realization. She became renowned for her profound wisdom, unwavering devotion, and mastery of tantric practices. Her story symbolizes the transformative power of enlightenment accessible to all beings, and she is often venerated as an embodiment of longevity, compassion, and the feminine aspect of awakened energy.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
