About Our Statue :

The Spiritual Healing Deity Artwork of Medicine Buddha stands at 8.9 inches (22.5 cm) in height, with a base width of 6.1 inches (15.5 cm), and weighs 1.70 kilograms. Crafted from a copper body, it is adorned with 24K gold gilding and enhanced with detailed gold and acrylic paintings. The Medicine Buddha, also known as Bhaisajyaguru, symbolizes healing, health, and the eradication of suffering. This finely detailed statue is ideal for use in meditation spaces, healing altars, or as a sacred decorative piece to inspire spiritual well-being and tranquility.

The Medicine Buddha is depicted holding an alms bowl in which a healing portion is believed to be found. In his right hand, he carries a myrobalan plant, a medicinal herb that symbolizes his ability to heal both physical and spiritual illnesses. His right arm has an exquisite carving of one of the eight auspicious symbols (Endless Knot). This symbolizes Samsara, the endless cycle of suffering within Tibetan Buddhism, which includes the chain of birth, death, and rebirth. His tranquil visage and powerful aura exude a sense of deep compassion and serenity, promising protection and well-being to those who seek his blessing.

Medicine Buddha, also known as Bhaisajyaguru, is a venerated character in Mahayana Buddhism, renowned for his healing abilities and compassion. He is depicted carrying a bowl of medicinal nectar and a myrobalan plant, symbolizing his ability to treat both physical and spiritual ailments. His mantra, Tayata Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze Radza Samudgate Sona, is said to bring health and happiness.

Introduction to Shayamuni Buddha:

Shakyamuni Buddha, once Prince Siddhartha of the Shakya clan, left behind his royal comforts to seek a more profound truth beyond the joys and sorrows of the world. Through intense meditation and ascetic practice beneath the Bodhi tree, he attained enlightenment and became the Buddha—the Awakened One. Devoted to sharing the path to liberation, he taught the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path. Shakyamuni symbolizes the potential for awakening in everyone, embodying wisdom that conquers ignorance and fosters serene detachment. His enduring presence invites us to cultivate compassion and mindfulness, and to embark on a transformative journey within ourselves.

How do you take care of your statues?

• Place them at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Make sure that the area where your statue is placed is entirely free of moisture and dust.
• Place it at the highest place on your altar after being consecrated by a Lama/monks. The best practice is to keep them covered inside a glass cabinet.
• Do not use your bare hands or any objects with a rough surface to wipe the face. Directly touching objects with the bare hand can smudge the face, leaving scratches.
